Payments
- Where required, payment is made through secure Stripe checkout links.
- All prices are stated in GBP unless noted otherwise.
- Late payment may lead to delayed service or additional recovery action where permitted.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or date changes.
- Same-day cancellations may be charged where travel, labour, or allocated emergency slots are impacted.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the issue and any hazards.
- Ensure legal permissions, consents, and access rights are in place.
- Take reasonable steps to protect valuables in and around work areas.
Liability
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from pre-existing defects, hidden conditions, third-party systems, or events outside our control.
Warranties and Follow-Up
Where a workmanship warranty is offered, details and duration will be stated in writing and may exclude misuse, unauthorised modifications, and unrelated faults.
